Kristinn Massay brings more than a decade of executive-level and real estate experience to every transaction she coordinates. A former Texas real estate license holder and Chief of Staff, she has managed complex operations for business owners and real estate professionals, and she knows how to keep many moving parts on schedule.

Her real estate experience spans the full life of a deal, from listing through contract to close, across residential, luxury homes, commercial, multifamily, lots, and farm and ranch land. She managed a student housing property in Waco, Texas, served as commercial real estate assistant to Kristina Hayes of KW Commercial, ranked #2 in KW Commercial Farm and Ranch Sales in 2019, and supported an affordable housing program, where she worked alongside attorneys and government officials and learned the processes behind complex transactions.

Kristinn also learned real estate from the ground up. Her father was a developer and investor, which gave her an early, practical understanding of development and investment from the owner's side. Having seen transactions from the perspective of both the agent and the client, she anticipates what each party needs before they ask.
